| I had to tell Louisa I was sorry. I was pretty hard on her when we first got into contact and realized fairly quickly she is 'one of the good guys'. Wish there were more like her. She was genuinely happy for me when I bought a pet from her friend. She TOLD me to go back and deal with the little vet 'thingy' which is all gone now and I own an awesome athlete. Nestor, or Cadbury's delight as we have renamed him, is happily in his new home and he is perfect. We came to the Equisales auction having no intentions of bidding or even coming home with a horse. But Louisa, although she had nothing to gain, was quick to direct us to the best hunter out of the bunch and for my size, he is the perfect height and temperament. She sure knows her horses! We want to thank you for the purchase of our beautiful 17.1 H warmblood mare. My daughter is very tall, and needed a 17 H horse. Louisa very quickly found this mare for us. She has a lovely temperament, beautiful flat work, and they are learning to be great partners over fences. They won English high point champion and English Equitation Champion their first time out together at a schooling show. The judge complemented my daughter on her lovely mare and on the way she rode her. She was not completely made when we bought her, but was priced fairly, and was coming back from having a foal. | Louisa was a font of information during our whirlwind
horse shopping trip. We ventured from San Diego (Del Mar), Temecula,
and Ventura County searching for the right warmblood. We traveled
almost 800 miles in less than three days looking at all kinds of warmbloods.
Louisa asks very astute questions of owners and encourages them to give
as much information as possible and does it in a kind and respectful manner.
We saw horses with conformation faults and she accurately picked them out,
even a few I had not noticed. Just when we thought we found a beautiful
young warmblood that would suite me, we noticed he had spongy hock (freshly
imported from Europe...we wondered how they could miss that?) We
were both equally disappointed when we saw the video. I found Louisa
to be very picky in matching horse and rider; a very important talent and
ability. I would trust Louisa to help me buy or sell my horse knowing
it would be going to a good home. Her enthusiasm and love for what
she does is obvious and moreover she's fun to be around.

| Louisa
is an honest and caring person who not only considers the welfare of the
client, but the welfare of the horse being sold. She really wants to make
a good match between the horse and the rider. She was selling a horse I
thought was 'the one' for my family. We took him home and realized he was
not a match for us. Louisa was absolutely exceptional regarding his return
and getting my check back. She really wants to make an appropriate match.
I will continue to work with her until I find my match as well as refer
her services to other prospective buyers. She was originally recommend
by a long time friend and trainer and now I can see why.

| My Husband and I are two more fans of Louisa.
Our Trainer had five months and only showed our beautiful mare to two people.
We listed her with Louisa for free and within two days of phone calls she
had three people and the first one loved her. Louisa did everything for
us while we packed up to live in Europe. Two days before we left all paperwork
and money was transferred. This was a very expensive load off our mind.
We were so lucky to find her!

| Louisa has been a pleasure to work with.
I've made two trips to California from Arizona to look at horses with her.
She is always very organized, professional, and friendly. She makes a point
of being on time with no surprises. Louisa is very knowledgable and always
has nice horses to see. I can easily recommend her to anyone.

| Louisa is one of the most honest and straight
forward individuals I have had the pleasure of working with when it comes
to the equine world. I have been out of the sport for a number of years
and did not look forward to the incredible effort involved in finding a
suitable mount. Louisa and I spoke on the phone a number of times going
over what I was looking for and purchase price. I honestly did not
think Louisa would be able to find a horse that met my budget as well as
my needs. However in one whirl wind day of riding and driving Louisa
was able to do it. I can't say enough good things about her and would refer
her to anyone, and will certainly use her again in the future. Had it not
been for Louisa making all of this so painless I might never have returned

Louisa was the only person I called to sell my horse. She told me it was no charge to relist a horse that was previously represented by Warm and Wonderful. She told me exactly what to ask for my pet to make sure he sold very quickly and 7 days later he was paid for and at his new home. Not bad since I was out of town on vacation the entire time! Talk about easy! L.A. |
| Everyone told me to call Louisa. Still, we almost
didn't go to the appointment because all the ponies we saw at our price
range were so awful. Our Trainer convinced us it would be a good experience
and it was great! Louisa was extremely plesant, personal and respectable.
I have several children the same age and it was important to get a pet
that would respond and love them all. He is super and I can honestly say
this is an on-going warm and wonderful experience.

| I just bought my first Warm and Wonderful athlete
and my Vet was very impressed that he was so sound and was so accurately
represented by Louisa. My Trainer has known her for many years and told
me I could trust her to come and see him by myself becuse she knew Louisa
would tell me accurately all about the gelding. We were not disappointed.
He is everything he is supposed to be and more. In fact, the Trainer, Vet
and I have decided to have Louisa find us another one just like him and
she is!

Although I did not end up purchasing a horse from you, it was a great comfort knowing that there was someone out there who was honest and who cared. When I buy my next horse (probably a pony hunter for my daughter), I will come to you first. Doesn't that say something? was VERY skeptical about you and what you promised. Normal, I guess,
for someone who has delt in horses before. I can truly say that everything
you said about our Pony, Emma, was true. She is honest, fearless
and well trained. She is a terrific match for my daughter who faces
some new challenges in learning to ride her, but is doing great and having
a ball. We have emailed her previous Owner and she and my daughter
continue to keep in touch.

| "I tell everybody that has horses for sale to call Louisa. She worked really hard to sell our horse and everyone she brought out was a qualified buyer. Quite a different story from when we sold our daughter's first horse. We must have had 10 lookey-loos and no one seemed to have enough money for the value of our horse. In contrast, Louisa's people all rode close to the talent of our horse and everyone was respectful, nice and were aware the price was very reasonable for the extensive training we have invested.
